3 Year review

I’ve hunted with the Platow pack for 3 years now. Extensively. The biggest selling point for this pack is the ability to attach your platform and sticks and then not have to take the pack off at any point until you’re up and ready to hang it while you hunt. That’s huge. The only pack on the market that I’m aware of that has this design. Additionally, the quality is great. Busting brush is a non-issue. All the seams and zippers are still as good as they were the day I bought it. Well thought out pack that serves its purpose.

Greatness

Love how great they made the section for each zippers and all. I haven’t use it yet but I had to put some of the linesmen in. Wore it into the house to put it away and seems comfortable. Will really know when I out the sticks on it as well

Fine once adjusted

It took a fair amount of adjusting to get everything to sit right, but it'll work fine for early season trips to the stand.

Platow Pack

I bought this pack at the beginning of 2024-25 Hunting season. The pack is comfortable with the adjustments you can do with the straps. Well built pack that has plenty of storage. Hangs on the tree better than I thought it would. It can also double as a cushion for your knees while in the saddle up against the tree. Its holds my sticks and platform well. If you're looking for something that's not bulky and comfortable, I would choose this product.

Haven't used it yet for hunting (can't wait till bow season opens and will update review after), but it fits and feels great. Very sleek and comfortable. Perfect for a saddle hunter. Little concerned with material and getting torn up in the thick stuff. I primarily hunt the northeast (NY, VT, ME) where there's a lot of thick/tough briars and the material feels pretty soft and maybe even fragile. Surprised it's not made of ripstop or Cordura. I guess we will find out how tough it is in a few months. Otherwise, it’s well thought out, easy to pack, and functional
