Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any Trophyline product for any reason. Trophyline will inspect every product that is returned to us. If the product is in new, unused, and saleable condition within 30 days of the purchase date, we will refund or exchange your purchase price.

All returns must be approved in advance. To request a return, email info@trophyline.com to receive a Return Authorization number.

Warranty

Every product sold by Trophyline carries a One Year Limited Warranty from the purchase date and only to the original buyer against any defects in materials and workmanship. Trophyline will replace such product free of charge.

Warranty does not cover any products for normal wear. It also does not cover any problems caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, alterations, improper maintenance, improper use, damage, accident, or negligence. Warranty also does not cover products used for anything other than what they were designed for.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Coverage does not carry on if you sell the product and/or transfer the product.

To make claims under this warranty, please send an email to info@trophyline.com. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) and directions on how to ship the package back.
