Wore this on a 16 mile movement with 12000 feet of elevation change with about 20lbs in it. No hip belt and it felt great. Great for stand or saddle hunting

I’m writing this review as I am practicing for the season opener that comes in tomorrow.
This will be my first year hunting from a saddle and I wanted a new pack to use.
The Palisade pack has met all of my expectations.
The fact that it holds its shape is a game changer for me. My last pack I had used for years did not and that has always been a problem.
There are plenty of pockets for all of my gear. I tend to overpack so that’s a bonus.
It’s very comfortable and as a matter of fact I once forgot I had it on.
I can see where a person that self films would love this pack.
A couple of wishes now.
I wish the pockets had double zippers. The main one does but the smaller ones don’t.
I wish I could fasten my sticks to the bottom. That’s it so far. I’m sure it’s just a matter of getting used to it and like I said earlier, it’s a hundred percent better than the other pack I’ve been using.
Bottom line… I recommend it.

Great pack. Wish the rifle/bow hanging system worked a little better when I had all of my gear on the pack as well as a Bow.

This bag is outstanding its a hard shell design and there is alot of space in the bag and fits my platform 4 sticks and many more and still have plenty of room highly recommend

Only thing I’d change is heavier duty buckles especially on the sides.
