I love the Mission platform. I’m 6’1” and 285 lbs and the mission is awesome! It cams over great and sticks to the tree like glue!! It has lots of room to stand and turn.
I use this pack as a saddle hunter, I carry the Fourth arrow camera arm, 3.0 knuckle, ozonics, GH 5 camera, extra jacket, release, binos with shoulder pack, toilet paper, spare release, pull down rope, range Finder, hunting hoist bow rope retractor, mini platform from latitude outdoors, and use the outside straps to carry my half line 40 foot rope in for SRT. I say all that to let you know how much room is for n it and how it can be used. I’ve only used it for late season hunts so far and can’t wait to use it in the early season. I have went through several back packs trying to find something that would safely carry all my gear without feeling cramped. I feel like this back pack does it for me. There is more room on the outside to strap additional clothes to the pack with the side straps provided. I haven’t used the bow or gun carrying option and provided cam holder but seems like it would work just fine. Hope this helps you understand if it will work for you. I’m pleased!! Donovan
The handle was broken on the first one I got. Probably could’ve been inspected before leaving the factory. Customer service was great though. They replaced it.
I love this thing. Lightweight and silent. I attached it to my saddle with a pice of bungee, a washer and a cord lock. Makes it super easy to use and roll up.
Saddle seems awesome so far. I have really only been up twice now since it came but both times, I've felt safe and secure with great freedom of movement while up in the tree. The ropes are great and came with everything I needed for a very easy set up.
The dump pouches are just not my stye and a little flimsy. Maybe if it had two connecting straps that way once the rope or whatever you put inside comes out it doesn't become a floppy mess and extremely difficult to put something back inside of it. I don't enjoy fighting equipment 25 ft up in the air. I placed something inside of them to help keep some rigidity and going to run paracord to help stabilize it but shouldn't be a fix you have to do for a readymade product.
That being said I do think the product is great and am loving everything else about it!
