First off haven't used hunting yet (purchased after season). They seem simple to use and function as they should. We will see how the longevity is but I can not see any issues with them at all. It is a simple and very effective way to hold your stick or other gear together well.
It’s a solid platform with good bite against the tree. The tapered end makes it more comfortable and versatile. Easy to pack and hang. I painted mine for better concealment and it’s held up well. Good traction. I am 245# and it’s large enough for me and feels stable.
Soft fleece interior for extra protection and zippers are quite. Attaches nicely to saddle or pack.
This pouch is exactly what I was looking for. No weight and folds completely flat when saddle needs to condense down for travel. Fits one linesman or tether without issue.
