We have pulled out all the stops to create the saddle of your dreams. 100% USA Made, the Venatic Saddle is made from ultralight ripstop fabric, a rugged, silent, breathable and quick dry material. The bulky straps of saddles before it’s time are gone, we cut the width of straps down on the supports without sacrificing strength. Together these design features create LUXURY…forget stiffness, comfort, pinching, or cramping. If you want a saddle that disappears and feels like its not there, this is it.

We are the original, the first, we always push the limits just as we did in the 60's when the first saddle was created. When it came to putting a new saddle in hunter’s hands, we knew it had to raise the bar for all. Maximum comfort, minimal weight, and loaded with features that let this saddle hunt. We reached out to Matthew Tompkins over at TX5 Custom Gear, to help collaborate on this saddle. Together we ironed out the basics of what we wanted to achieve and created a base to which we expanded upon.

▼Rubberized Waistband: We put a rubberized waistband on the Venatic to keep the saddle in position and keep your hunting layers from riding up.
◄Ultralight Ripstop Fabric: Ultralight ripstop fabric, a rugged, silent, breathable and quick dry material. This gives the saddle the comfort, safety, and durability in the most lightweight construction possible.
◄Rigid Rubber Molle Band: The Rigid rubber molle band is straight up TOUGH MOLLE that keeps its form and is easier to run gear out of.
◄Durable Foldback Lineman Loops: Durable yet pliable lineman loops designed to foldback preventing any snags on the hike in.
◄Saddle Compression Hook: A non-weight bearing strap that hooks into the rigid rubber molle, with loosened leg straps this allows the saddle to compress and stay off your legs for the hike in. Simply unhook and re-tighten leg straps before stepping foot off the ground.

Great saddle

This is now my favorite new saddle out of 3 others I own from different companies. Easily the most comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised considering how light it is.
Extremely well made a very well thought out design. I especially like the smaller diameter ropes after using much larger ones for many years. Really cuts down the bulk and when in the pouch you hardly even know they’re there.

Well-made. Good value for the quality.

Material does not hold up.

This was my 1st ever saddle purchase was able to hunt all of archery and rifle here in PA. I will say the saddel itsellf in the tree was very comfortable however it does not like to stay up on your waist when you are walking to you setup which is inconvenient and a hassel to constantly tighten it. I am very unhappy with the quality of material asit has started to wear just after 1 season! I expected this to last multiple seasons but its already falling apart after one i would not recommend

Verdict saddle

It is definitely light weight and comfortable. The open bridge is okay, it could be better, needs less length in the adjustment knot and a adjustment loop to hook on the side you hook carabiner for adjustment on any pinch on lower legs.

My first saddle

This is my first saddle, and I’ve only had two sits. It’s very comfortable, easy to use. My only complaint, and it may just be user error, is that the waist band doesn’t stay very tight while walking in and out, so it wants to fall off. Other that that, very packable and comfortable
