Enjoy the slightly longer steps with about the same weight as there older double steps. The slightly farther stand off from the tree is an added benefit as well.
The light weight of this platform is perfect for a run and gun set up. I do wish it was slightly bigger though. With such a lite weight making it about 15 to 20% larger would make it a 5 star!
I haven't had a chance to hunt out of it yet, however I did test it out in a tree and boy is it comfy! I love the lighter weight than it's predecessor and the larger seat. The one hand poches are exactly what I wanted too!
Feels solid and bites the tree well. I like the foot room and the way the edges are slanted down all the way around. I’ve come to the realization that having a little bigger platform is worth the small weight penalty.
